Good to know

Foot-comfort questions, answered carefully.

Why do hard floors make feet feel tired?

Hard surfaces offer little shock absorption. Long periods with limited movement can also contribute to fatigue, particularly when footwear fit or cushioning is poor.

Is cushioning the same as support?

No. Cushioning changes impact feel, while support describes how a footbed shapes and stabilises the foot. A product can offer one without much of the other.

Can a foot massager treat foot pain?

A massager may feel relaxing, but it cannot diagnose or treat the cause of pain. Some health conditions also make massage unsuitable without professional advice.

When should I seek professional help?

Seek qualified assessment for sudden, severe, persistent or worsening symptoms, wounds, marked swelling, loss of sensation or difficulty bearing weight.
