Do you accept gifted or sponsored products?
No. Every product we review is purchased at retail with our own money. We don't accept free samples, sponsored placements, or affiliate kickbacks that influence rankings.
How long does it take to get a reply?
We aim to respond within 2 business days. During busy periods it may be slightly longer. If you haven't heard back in 5 days, feel free to send a follow-up.
Can I suggest a product for you to test?
Absolutely — use the contact form above and select “Product suggestion.” Include a link to where you found it and why you think it stands out.
I found an error in one of your reviews. What should I do?
Please tell us right away using the “Correction or error” topic. If we got something wrong, we'll investigate and update the review with a correction note.
